LORDANI’S HAIR STUDIO Client Policy & Appointment Guidelines Welcome to Lordani’s Hair Studio, where healthy hair and a luxe, private salon experience come first. To ensure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please review the following policies: ⸻ 1. Booking Appointments • All services are by appointment only. • Book via our online booking system or contact directly. • A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your spot. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & No-Shows • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% charge of the service. • No-shows = 100% charge. • More than two no-shows may result in blocked future bookings. ⸻ 3. Late Arrivals • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a reschedule and a late fee. • If time allows, the service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. ⸻ 4. Payments • Accepted forms: Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Zelle. • Payment is due immediately after service. • Gratuity is appreciated, never required. ⸻ 5. Guests & Children • To preserve a peaceful, focused space: No guests or children, unless they’re being serviced. • Please arrive solo unless previously discussed. ⸻ 6. Hair Prep & Expectations • Come with clean, detangled hair unless instructed otherwise. • Detangling or cleansing may incur an extra fee. • Let’s talk about your hair goals—we’re in this together. ⸻ 7. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you have any issues with your hair, contact me within 3 days. • Redos are offered at my discretion and must be booked within 7 days. • No refunds are offered for services rendered. ⸻ 8. Product Policy • All retail purchases are final sale. • I’m happy to match you with the best products for your hair needs. ⸻ 9. Consultation ARE MANDATORY A consultation is required for all chemical hair services, including but not limited to coloring, lightening, relaxing, and other treatments. This ensures we understand your hair goals, assess your hair’s condition, and provide the safest, most effective service possible. By booking with Lordani’s Hair Studio, you agree to these terms.
